| Wow!!! 5 weeks have come and gone. It seems like it has flown by and in a way it has been a long time. When I think about how little sleep I get it has been a long time. That's okay though. It won't be long before she is sleeping through the night. Last night she went to sleep around 11 and slept until 5. That's a very long time for her. Most nights she is up every 3 hours. So that means I only get about 2 1/2 hours of sleep at one time and I'm up 2-3 times a night. No fun. Leah is starting to give her first smiles.  It's so cute. It's nice when she looks at you and smiles instead of just staring looking confused.  Zack and Mikey are doing great in school!!! Tomorrow is the last day of the first quarter. I can't believe that's here already. Mikey has his first field trip next Thursday. I'm excited for him. He'll be going to pick pumpkins and have a hay ride. Ethan is doing great too. He is nice and calm during the day and as soon as his brothers come home from school he is ready to play. We go from a nice quiet house one minute to a very loud house the next minute. He stores up all his enery to play with them. | | |

Mikey and Leah Well, the last time I posted was when we found out we were having a girl. She is now finally here!!! She was born Sept.4th. The day before daddy's birthday. She weighed 8lbs. 11oz. and was 19.5 inches long. She is doing great. She sleeps most of the day. She is only up for about 2 hours. The older two boys are back in school. Mikey loves KG. He has a really good teacher. After the first week of school he went from having a head full of hair to nearly no hair at all. The school head lice bug already attacked us. We were very upset about cutting his hair. We tried working on picking out all the bugs and nits the entire day, but after 12-13 hours of trying we decided to cut his hair. Zack is doing really great in 1st grade. He has a little bit of homework each night that he's not crazy about. He still gets it done. He's having a really good year so far. | | |
| GIRL!!! I still can't believe it. After 3 boys we're finally going to have a girl. The boys really don't care. This past week Zack has been saying he wants a sister. He was wanting another boy most of time. They just think the baby should be out by now though. So, now we need to come up with name and work on the nursery. I have no idea of what to do in her room. I still have plenty of time to figure it out. | | |
| After all the excitement from the past couple of months there is nothing new to report. So far the pregnancy is going well. I'm finally starting to feel like myself again. I'm still ready for bed at 9 pm though. That's not necessarily a bad thing though. Zack is off of school today for Casmir Polaski day. It's really a strange day to have off. He has to go to school on Lincoln's birthday but he gets this guys birthday off. O'well, he's enjoying it. I did think of something new. I don't know how I could have forgotten it. Zack and Mikey got a four wheeler over the weekend. The didn't each get one. They have to share. I think this was the day dad has been waiting for ever since he found out we were having a boy. The kids really love riding it. | | |
| Valentine's day was so much fun this year. To start the day I went to the doctor and listened to the baby's heartbeat. It was beating at 170 bpm. Everything is going really good. In about 9 weeks we'll get to find out if were having another boy or a girl. After the doctors appt. I took Mikey and Ethan to McDonald's. Mikey was really excited about Happy Valentine's day. He had been asking for a week if it was Happy Valentine's day yet. Then we went out and bought dad his valentines gift. Mikey was so excited. He couldn't wait for him to get home from work. We bought him his own DS so he can play 3 players with the boys. The boys got a new game for their DS. They have to share it. They don't care about that though. We finished the day with Valentine's cupcakes. I wanted to do something special since Mikey was really looking forward to this day. He had a lot of fun with dad and Zack playing 3 players with their new video game. | | |
